Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls.
  • Assess and address customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets, along with call-handling quotas.
  • Handle complaints promptly, providing effective solutions and options within established time frames, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Go above and beyond to engage and support customers.

What You Should Bring:

  • At least 6 months of proven call center experience or a background as a client service representative.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota requirements.
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to a variety of personalities.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
